Luke Lehenbauer is a multifaceted physical and digital artist, skateboarding dad, devoted husband, lover of travel, and self-proclaimed Gryffindor. He is always looking for opportunities to engage his imagination by creating art. Sometimes that looks like designing larger than life murals inside the Cincinnati Museum Center or sculpting rock formations at the Cincinnati Zoo. Sometimes that looks like sketching with his kids and imagining what their dream camper would look like. (Yes, there is an entire room of water slides.) But most days, he spends his time Art Directing and Production Designing at one of the country’s leading motion studios, Epipheo. There he works with a variety of clients bringing their ideas to life by using animation and design to tell their stories. His current project is working as a Production Designer on a feature length 2D animated film targeted to release in early 2025.
He is always open to chatting about design, animation, film, and future projects or collaborations. Especially projects involving physical spaces and experiences. If you’d like to reach out, please contact here. Even if you just want to meet up and go skate. :)
